A great place to stop for picnic supplies before going to any of the nearby state parks! 4 stars because they had 1 brand of GF beef jerky and it had MSG.
Supervalu has a nice selection of wines, white, red, or Italian, French, and California. but what I really like is great deal on decent steaks or either cut. The 5 for twenty deal puts more meat on your plate. Most people have no idea what a great steak should taste like, making Supervalu a must go.
Just left and the porterhouse steak are just regular T-bones
Great beer selection! Clean. Organized. Helpful staff. A larger produce section would be nice.
For the few with a more distinct palate, Johnson Processing in Chadwick Illinois, is a must stop by.
I love the people who work here! So friendly and helpful. Items are always in stock and the store is nice and clean. My only complaints are that the produce isn't always the freshest and the prices are pretty high. But you pay for the convenience of being right here in town I suppose.
